Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your trust and strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy. By purchasing a product from RaisingAndConnecting.com, you agree to and accept the terms of our refund policy.

  1. Returns and Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item will not be eligible for a return if it has been used or if is in a different condition as you when you received it. We use a third-party that prints and ships our products. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your order’s packaging. If you’ve lost your packing slip, please email us at hello@raisingandconnecting.com; include in your email your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that our third-party printing service received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  3. Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@raisingandconnecting.com with details and/or photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and for the defective item to be returned.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, particularly any items that show signs of wear and use. Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods may also be exempt from refunds, but we will make sure to notify you of any such exemption before your purchase.
  5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@raisingandconnecting.com.
  6. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
